Propper's Foul Weather Parka is made of 100% nylon with a GORE-TEX® membrane. Waterproof, windproof and breathable GORE-TEX® fabric makes this garment contamination-resistant to diesel fuel, jet fuel, DEET, petroleum, oils and lubricants. Features two external cargo pockets, two hand warmer pockets, a stowable hood, and elastic and VELCRO® brand closures on the wrists. Unlike the All (Foul) Weather Parka I, this garment has a storm flap at the collar and is longer in length. The Foul Weather Parka II and its accompanying liner are designed to fit properly over the new ODU. While you're on patrol or responding to an incident at sea, the last worry on your mind should be staying dry. The lightweight GORE-TEX® Foul-Weather Parka, developed in cooperation with the U.S. Coast Guard, will keep you dry and comfortable, from minus 10 degrees F to 60 degrees F. Plus, it has a range of performance and safety features built in.
